Premium Semi-Annual Plan

$179/year

Ideal for high-traffic households and heavier doors requiring seasonal attention.

Service Visits: 2 scheduled visits per year (Spring & Fall)

Parts Discount: 10% OFF all replacement parts and accessories

Labor Discount: 10% OFF standard labor rates

Priority Scheduling: Guaranteed response within 48 hours

Includes: All Good tier benefits, plus free standard remote/keypad batteries during visits

Comprehensive Ultimate Plan

$249/year

Maximum peace of mind for older systems, premium doors, or high-use properties.

Service Visits: 2 scheduled visits per year (Spring & Fall)

Parts Discount: 15% OFF all parts, plus 5% OFF new door/opener installation

Labor Discount: 15% OFF standard labor rates

Emergency Service: 24/7 emergency service with NO dispatch fee

During each scheduled visit, our certified technicians perform the following comprehensive inspection and service:

Springs & Cables

Inspect torsion/extension springs for rust and fatigue. Evaluate lifting cables for fraying or wear. Adjust spring tension for optimal door balance.

Rollers & Hinges

Inspect for bending, cracking, or bearing wear. Apply professional-grade silicone lubricant to all metal-to-metal contact points.

Tracks & Hardware

Clean tracks of debris and old grease. Verify vertical and horizontal alignment. Tighten all loose nuts, bolts, and mounting brackets.

Safety Mechanisms

Test auto-reverse function. Clean, align, and calibrate photo-eye sensors to comply with UL 325 safety standards.

Weather Sealing

Inspect bottom astragal (weather seal) and perimeter molding for cracks, gaps, or pest intrusion points.

Opener System

Test motor performance, inspect drive belt/chain/screw tension, verify travel limits, and test backup battery system.

Door Balance

Disconnect opener and manually test door balance at halfway point. Document any imbalance for corrective action.
